Even with corona and the dine-in option unavailable, the CFA i frequent still be jumping. There's at least 40 cars while i'm there with the line going all around the plaza where it's located.

But take a stand where you can.
Like you said, not eating CFA is a easy to do to at least put pressure on them to change.
Not like you can't have it later.
Just get the company to change some policies by hitting their wallet for a lil bit.
