Lettuce and tomato cuts down the spice and adds a cooling mouthfeel for the weenies out there who feel it’s too spicy and the cheese adds an additional spicy note and creaminess with the pepperjack

Cools the mouth down. Doesn’t get rid of it completely. Also the tomato has to be the right type and cut properly. If not, all it adds to the sandwich is soggyness
