My question is what is better to buy right now in 2012?
Do I still have to worry about the ipod classic's hard drive possibly failing? Would apple care on the ipod classic be worth it?
Or should I go ahead and get a 32/64 gb ipod touch which are probably more reliable overall.
I don't listen to ALL my music at once, but i like to have it all available. i like to listen to whole albums or playlists not just put it on shuffle ya know?
Use this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ keep your Iphone and your money.
You can listen to all your music in your collection as long as you can maintain atleast a edge/wifi connection

The sound customizeablility with EQ and BBE effects can't be matched and the sound quality is awesome
The great battery life doesn't hurt either 64 hours max on music
but other than that iPod classic is good choice

if you can hold your cell phone, you can hold a classic.
Download dbpoweramp. Converts FLAC to ALAC (Apple's lossless) and various bitrates of mp3.Originally Posted by RickyBattalion
The only knock I have on it is that theres no support for FLAC so I keep FLAC files on my iPod Touch or on my Android.
