In the Market for a new car

Just graduated from college, my car is on its last leg, and its time for a new one. Looking to spend no more than 15K and will be financing the vehicle. Relocating to DC in the fall for law school so need a reliable car.

Some specs I'm looking for--> Low mileage, decent gas mileage, and appealing to the eye, 2004 or newer. Suggestions def appreciated
