Didn't the guards skip doing their standard rounds at some point? That's probably the only thing I would have thought they could have inducted them on.
Could the arresting officer have faced manslaughter charges for unlawful arrest? I don't believe so but I'm not sure. Also not sure what an 'unlawful arrest' indictment would result in.
