cuz it's true. a caloric surplus + getting enough protein + fish oil is the key

I'm pretty sure many professional and amateur athletes work out more than 4 hours a day. My boy who is a professional boxer workouts 3 times a day and that adds up to like 6 hours.Originally Posted by Zyzz
