you can smoke inside casino floors. they have the best ventilation systems so you never need to go outside for a breather.
You pay taxes on your gambling winnings to the IRS but there are thresholds. For slot machines and bingo, you are required to report all winnings in excess of $1,200. so if you're ever on the casino floors you'll be able to see some machines that only post "jackpots of $1,199.99!" There's not many of them but they should be there
