I never knew that......

Pretty interesting stuff

"So many people will want to say he was maladjusted or not socially adjusted, but that's just not so at all," Ms. Bremmer said in a telephone interview. "It makes me mad. People need to understand. These kids are so much more intelligent than they are.

"We never pushed Brandenn. He made his own choices. He taught himself to read. If anything, we tried to hold him back a little."

Brandenn left no note, no goodbye. He had seemed cheery earlier in the day, before she left for the store, Ms. Bremmer said. She said he was busy with preparations to become an anesthesiologist.

Ms. Bremmer, who writes mystery books and whose family raises and trains dogs, said she took comfort in her sense that Brandenn must have chosen his course because his organs - heart, liver and kidneys - were needed by ailing people.

"He was so in touch with the spiritual world," Ms. Bremmer said. "He was always that way, and we believe he could hear people's needs. He left to save those people."

actually if you REALLY think about it, it could be a very logical conclusion/decision to come to; no manipulation or mental issue necessary...

i'm sure most prolly know this one: it has been pretty much an open secret that the historical Jesus Christ was not born anywhere near December, but Christmas is pretty close to and has many of the same characteristics of the roman pagan holiday of saturnalia & it is thought that it was used as way to convert many pagans to Christianity...

How do you gauge Galileo's IQ before IQ tests existed?

Btw Sir Issac Newton is the most brilliant dude in recorded history. All my opinion tho.

Dude discovered calculus just to explain his astrophysics theories.

I'm sure the genius dude had a deep vast spiritual connection we couldn't even phathom. He knew what he was doing.

But it is what it is. On to the next.

galileo didnt have the tools and resources that a lot of other "geniuses" had tho.

I can understand that, which is why it's dumb to compare genius of different eras. But i personally feel that Sir Issac Newton made a greater contribution than a lot of others in the modern era.

Im not comparing the two but moreso stating my opinion.

Actor Woody Harrelson’s father – Charles Harrelson – was a well-paid hitman who, despite serving a prison sentence, continued to kill for money. In 1973, he served five years out of a 15-year prison sentence for the murder of Sam Degelia Jr.; however, in 1979, he killed again for money. This time he murdered a Federal judge and was sentenced to two life sentences. Charles ended up dying in prison of a heart attack in 2007.

- the word "Testify" originates from the Latin word for testicle. Two men taking an oath of allegiance would hold their balls as a sign of truthfulness. If they broke their oath they would lose their manhood, literally putting their balls on the line.

Not true. Testify comes from "testis" which means to witness. And the castration part is ludicrous.

the animaniacs last names are warner.......the warner brothers and dot. ^^^^^^
Dont know how tru that is tho

Cool list, but I'm pretty sure this one is a reference to Harold Lloyd and Safety Last, as is Doc Brown hanging off the clock later in the film itself:
