so I'm thinking (and this might be a stupid analogy) an NT version of "The Soup" on E! channel. Does that sound about right?
You're on the right track. I don't want to give the impression the it's got to solely be for the purpose of humor though - i thinkthere's a lot of pressure when you TRY to be funny.. rather, it's just more commentary on things that go on here, while also giving you a sort oftimeline of what's happened on NT throughout the months and years.
Is anyone getting what i'm striving for yet beside this guy?

You have the wrong idea. An NT blog would be better if it were about things that NTers were interested in. Not just NT in general.

NT is already about things NT'ers are interested in... that's why it's NT to begin with.

If you miss something big is cause your not within the "culture", the good threads last like 2 or 3 days on the front page. So if you missed it andyour into the "culture" you can just use the SEARCH button.....

I disagree- I'm on NT almost everyday and there's too much to keep up with everything. It doesn't take much of a topic to reach 5pages or so nowadays, and threads move quickly off the first page.
But that's besides the point - this is more than just a recap of popular threads.

So I wrote up my own little sample article to this now on the site - to give an idea of the sorts of material that would be covered. It's certainly notgood, or the max of what I hope to get out of other people - but everyone was asking for me to expand on what I was looking for, so i did.
Anybody gaining any interest? I'm scouting people out now, on the recruiting trail - but still taking almost any takers. Speak up and be heard.

Like I said - we're not just reporting, it's taking a position while giving something an angle - entertaining, informative, etc... I'm beginning tobe a bit surprised at how nobody is able to follow what the basic premise is here.
