A few years back I had a room mate and we stayed in this house that had family of them in the back yard. One night his pit cornered one against a wall.
He was holding the pit back from getting the opossum. He told me to hit it with a shovel while he held the dog. Once I finally built up the nerve to do
it, I went to work swingin' on that possum like Barry Bonds off a fresh balco shot. I hat to hit that thing about 10 times before it died. That #!$$ wasdisgusting.

I agree, but these SoCal possums are no joke. When I saw one on the terrace of my apartment it grilled me and hissed. I had to walk mad fast in the oppositedirection cause I didn't want a confrontation with that thing.
