I found a Sidekick LX yesterday...Question.

All you have to do is call customer care and ask them to reset the device. If you don't feelcomfortable doing it just go to a corporate store and have them call for you.

I work for T-Mobile, it happens all the time.

I'm not answering anymore T-Mobile related questions.

Go to howardforums.com and they will provide with instructions on how to reset the SK LX you found or you can also call T-Mo and they will walk you through thesteps on resetting the phone as well.
