HUARACHE LE RETRO 30th anniversary release this year???

mission accomplished!.. i copped the triple black pair @ champs, went a half size up... 10.5 to 11.. the 11 is a little tight but i like how they feel, snug but comfy.. the cool grey pair is super nice too.. toe box is more round and fit is more roomy, prolly due to the different material.. anyways i was gonna go with cool grey but my girl tried them on and now wants them.. so shes gonna get them once we find a half size smaller.. the birthday coupon (printed from coupon thread) went thru with a little persistance.. the box msrp is $100 but they ring up at $99.99 so i had to buy some laces to get the $25 off.. grand total was $81.19.. today was a good day!..

*edit: lace swap.. white laces brought me back to the air bowl trainer rod wodsons i had as a kid..

Have had enough of this sizing issue. Originally got stung when I ordered the Green and Gold Euro release early last year(such a dope shoe). On that pair I went true to size. Tried to make them work, wore them but my toes were in pain. Because they were worn I gave them to my cousin.

The triple blacks dropped here in Australia last year. Bought 0.5 size up. Took em home, was extra cautious on the fit. Ended up taking them back to Footlocker and exchanged for 1 size up from tts.

These Blue Hero joints drop in the states and I swoop on a pair from an eBay sellar. Once again go 1 size up. Upon waiting on international shipping and reading all the feedback regarding the sizing I retry my black pair on that are 1 size up and yeah they are a bit big. A bit wide and a little tall in the toe box. I should have stayed with the snug pair I originally had.

So with the Blue Hero's still in transit I just bought the exact same pair 0.5 smaller from the same sellar. I'm left with a Black pair that are a little on the roomy side, a pair in transit that are the same size and another pair that is my true size.

After all this I have learned that +0.5 up is the way to go for Huaraches.

Just keep socks thin and work with snug fit....They will stretch.....

Damn you Nike and your sizing issues! So I take it they don't make these in a 13.5 or 14? I can already tell 13s will not cut it for me. Took me til now to warm up to them. Passed when they first came out, all the way til now. =/

even though it doesn't matte i coped the all black. iwent up half a size at first, 8.5 they were tight went with a 9 and they were still tight went with a 9.5 and it felt relieved

I was at the Houston Galleria today and Champs had a full window sign and display. I had to cop the hero's, set complete. I would suggest going up a full size people, insane how small they run.

half size may be fine. It all depends on the individual foot. I went to 13 from 12 but that was because no 12.5

Was planning on grabbing both, but the Triple Blacks were meh imo. I'm happy with the Hero's. Patiently waiting for the Scream Green's.
