Didn't make it into yard fest last year after that debacle and now I don't live out there anymore. No matter what though the clubs/lounges will be live.

Coming the other side of the country it was crazy seeing sooo many black people just chillin having
a great time !!. Now that I work in D.C I will be checking for the side events for sure,.. Park is wack

Homecoming is a joke now, the last good one was 2012, when Meek, TiP, and Drake performed.

It's a shame how crap it's gotten, used to be live. in the 4 yrs I was in school yardfest had Wale (twice), Ross, Jeezy, Fab (he was boring tho), Clipse, and some major R&B and Reggae artists i'm forgetting.

They f'd erything up last year with that charging for yardfest and putting a fence around it foolishness Glad I ain't take off work for that.

The parties/clubs can be good but you HAVE to buy a table or show up mad early because everything will be jam packed. They've closed down so many clubs in the past few yrs I honestly don't even know where to go. Love (club) used to be the spot on saturday pre-2012, but that joint ain't even open no more (at least I don't think so).

Only thing I know for sure is if you're 21+ only hit up clubs that are 21+. All of the 18+ spots will tax you, female selection will be dissappointing and it will be a sausage fest.

I went to HU homecoming back in like 07, joint was in Love, we were out there getting it. This makes me miss those college house party days.

Couldn't be weaker than last year's. They had us pay for tickets then I couldn't even get in, they shut it down.

caught the 70 bus up from archives to where i live, which runs right next to HU...damn near took an hour and half to go up GA Ave (usually 45 mins)
