Truth is im doing nothing illegal. I am not violating any policies nor am I in any sort of jeopardy if something goes down. I have solid proof, copies of the tickets and its an open and shut case. Don't want to make someone lose their job... and time does equal money, but I despise greed. GREED is not only a bad thing.... it has cost many people their jobs, familes, lives, and has brought down multi billion dollar corporations.
Did you see what happened to nike suing those guys who stole samples..... they want all the money from the sales of them not just the 20-30 dollar value of each shoe.
Truth is the tickets she is selling belong to the company. The shoes belong to the company. She is profiting of the company at their expense. We all know this...
The company can do nothing to me I paid for every pair of shoes... I have every single receipt. The buyer always has the power... but their is no place for greed unless you want a new career. Many managers before her and even now are being fired for the same thing... and she takes her loyal customers and tries to rape then..... sad thing is I bet it's the person who only usually buys one pair who gets mad and snitches....not the guys buying 2 or 3 pair.
I'm not saying that you're doing something LITERALLY illegal. It may be completely legal, but its unethical, and her leverage does not come from here.
Her leverage comes from having access to the shoes.
However, she IS doing something against the company policy, and if caught, she will lose her job. THIS IS YOUR LEVERAGE.
I feel like you're reiterating most of what I said. Like I said, if you have proof, use it to your advantage.
If you dont want to make her lose her job, then just walk away and find the pairs elsewhere.
If you want to do something about it, then step up. Like you said, THE BUYER ALWAYS HAS THE POWER, but looks like someone needs a reminder.
If she makes unhappy customers, its a lose-lose situation where she potentially loses her job and your (along with many others) connection is severed.
If you are able to talk reasons with her and agree on a price, then its a win-win: she gets rich and you get your pairs without wasting time.
She keeps increasing the price because she feels that she has nothing to lose and she can get away with this. REMIND HER THAT IS NOT THE CASE.
She has more to lose than you do. With the lose-lose situation, youll have to go back to how most people cop pairs; get in line, get raffles, try online, etc, until you find another connect, which Im sure you will. On the other hand, she will lose her job, and the time it takes her to find another one will be a lot longer than it takes you to find another connect.
You both have leverage, but I think that yours is a bigger one. You just need to use it right.
Im not saying that you have to get up on her face and threaten her, but reason with her and enlighten her that there is absolutely no benefit (but possible harm) in losing a customer.
If she still cant get that through her thick head, then I would have the company tell her by firing her.
On the side note, GREED IS NOT BAD.
Sure it can lose people billions of dollars, but ITS WHAT GOT THEM THAT MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Youre being greedy by just being in the shoe game.
If you werent, then a roof over your head and food in your mouth would suffice. (Dont take it literally... you get the point)
