How much do you guys pay for rent and where do you live?

Got a roommate and rent is usually ~$700 (utilities included) for a 2b2b 2 car garage duplex.

I'm not feeling obliged to tip anyone to walk into my own house. eff that.
Doesn't even have anything to do with service.

I used to think having a doorman is overrated, but after having one for the past 4 years, I'm spoiled now. Laundry drop-off, dry cleaning, incoming and outgoing packages, food delivery, guests, coordinate keys for my dog walker and house cleaner--I don't think I can live without one anymore.

Ya'll just getting lazy now..

Are u on the peninsula? My buddy and I just started looking...

Anything less than $2,500 a month for a 2 bedroom and we are in, but these winter rentals are killing us.

yeah off of 40th. We got a really good deal, other roomate has been here for 2 1/2 years but owner said lease is up april 30th because they want to rennovate. Didnt know they could just kick you out like that :{

Zero i own my house and yes im better than you.

Finna rent my house next year to suckas like yall!

Just kidding, it's kinda hard to find tenants in Vegas now

Vegas residential realty is hella cheap though.

Exactly, it's very competitive. Example, one of my homegirl is renting a 3,600 sqft house in a master community for like $1100.

How do you compete with that? :lol

All these damn real estate investors took advantage and bought up all these foreclosed property over the last few years.

They bought it for dirt cheap, fixed it up and rent it out for cheap.

The house market is slowly rising back up, they sell it back in the market with 30-50% increased value.
