ive also switched to doing incline dumbell press first and reg second . last time i did incline press i repped 200 (100 lbs in each hand) 7x on my 3rd set (went from 180lbs first set to 190 2nd set to 200 3rd set) . not too strong but not too bad either . again im 6'1 and around 190lbs
oh and btw , for those in the north jersey area (around morris / essex county) yall need to peep out Lifetime Fitness . most unbelievable gym ive ever seen / been to
