We never maxed on incline.
But we always had sets of 8 or 12
Weight increasing each rep of sets.
On average I my last set would be 265lbs.
If youre looking to figure out how much you "think" you should be lifting.
Nt will not help you out at all. Some people on here never lifted a weight a day in their
life while others may do it every other day.
Therefore you may get someone who is 6'4' 250 only benching max 135. Or someone who's 5'8' 175 doing 300.
get my point?

Let's try, who can bench press properly.
When it comes to training I can spot exaggerations......erm lies...when I see 'em.
Training didn't include much bench (mostly dumbells for chest training) but on a bar my max was around 280 at 175 lbs.
Let's talk about deadlift, front squat, back squat, clean & jerk, and and snatch () I'm sure I've got all you crushed lb for lb.

You're probably the powerlifting champion of the world and anyone in this thread would be crazy to mess with you.Originally Posted by wawaweewa

To someone who doesnt lift weights 425 may come off as alot. But trust me it isnt.
I know senior kids in highschool who can bench this with no prob.
