Yeaaaaa. I am late most months too. I feel like If my balance is cleared before the new rent is due. I am good.Late—I pay it late.
New management company taxing tho, it used to be $50 fee before the 15th, and now it’s $175 after the 10th. I hate it here.
LOL. Living in Miami is expensive.2600?

Current mortgage is $31k
Trying to get it down to $20k
but at least it's better than before at $45k a month with $43k going into interest and only $2k on principle
Processing fees at my place is wild. No charge for check, 95 cents if you add a bank account to the portal, and like a $45 fee if you use credit card. Makes no sense.

Yeah, I can live with the 0-5 bucks, but beyond that I'm not sure what they're trying to pull. Would love an insider to explain. You Are In The DC Metro Area Right?
I Had This Same Issue Before My Property Management Sold To A New Company.
CC Fees Online Used To Be $100+ . I'd Just Take Checks In To The Leasing Office
But With The New Company I Pay Online And It's Usually Like $3-$4 Surcharge.
