How do i get rid of pimples (warning: pics)

First few weeks = death + breakouts + dryness

After that = better skin, occasional 1 or 2 pimples here and there.

Your acne just looks like irritated skin but for anyone who seriously suffers from acne that won't go away, I'd recommend going to see a dermatologist & asking about Accutane. The pills/treatment is expensive but there are generic versions that are cheaper & accomplish the same results. Those pills changed my life in my late teens.
