How can I get my money back ?

How can I get my money back because I bought some shoes online and they are completely fake after the website had told me they were real and the website doesn't want to give me money back because they say it was a final sale item. Does anyone know what I can do?Please help. Thank you!

Also the website is in California and is name jubileeCloset.com and has an Instagram and many people but his shoes. I don't believe he sells fake shoes but he had ran out so he just gave me some fakes.
