Wouldn't know. Only been to Hibbetts once to pick up a lanyard from a online order. Been to City Gear to pick up shirts and shoe cleaner.
If it's anything like Shiekh(won Lightning 4s there), you can just walk in and confirm your reservation if you hit. There will be a line waiting for unclaimed pairs.
