Maybe this isn’t the right time to be asking but how the hell did these women get pics of these dudes drivers license?
Also I’m sure they can tell who uploaded what on the site and can easily hit people with individual lawsuits as opposed to the whole app itself

No, its the women's IDs to be allowed to use the app.
Some dude on twitter found the public bucket where everything was saved. Exposed it, but first threw the link into waybackmachine for proof.
