They would change/I can fix it/ if I try harder is usual a sign of something deeper within you. Usually from childhood stemming from some kind of abandonment/attachment issues.

Yea maybe some attachment issues. But in the beginning we didn’t argue much and that’s when I was hooked. Just hoped to get back to that. Biggest reason I’m upset about it all, cause she just disappeared and couldn’t even speak.

This 100%. I dealt with a similar situation back in 2021. Shorty I was vibing with randomly broke it off on a date. It messed me up for a whole week. It was a weird feeling I've never experienced before. I hated the feeling so much I went to therapy and found out I had an abandonment issue from like 2 years old. After working thought that, I'v been good ever since. Crazy thing is it be the dumbest **** that you can rationalize as an adult but that baby brain imprinted it into your CNS.
