Another one? They just came out with a Hercules movie in January. It got terrible reviews.

He does look like Crixius, but lol @ people being upset that the rock who is (black and samoan) is playing a greek. At least the did make him look Sicilian, dudes are reaching with the "Last Samurai" comments. The rock is racially ambiguous enough to play a wide range of races, look at The Mummy. He can be Egyptian, Arab, Polynesian, Black, Hispanic...etc.

With that said, the Greeks came from the Phoenicians anyway so it's not like it would be inaccurate for them to portray Hercules as black. Then again it's not likely they'd portray it historically accurate either when stuff like this is going on.,,,

Dwayne is a horrible pick for Heracles. Heracles was Greek, not Polynesian.

Hollywood doesn't care if the characters are represented correctly.
