When encountering officers of the law, I always appeal to their intellect over their position. I had an encounter with a mod here, who simply did not understand a comment that I had made. Once he understood it, the situation was changed immediately. You cannot ignore logic. If the person does? That makes them a bad person, IMO.

sitting here thinking it out right this second, I wouldn´t mind, if I´m suitable...I like to mess around a bit so I wouldn´t have the quickest trigger finger, but I´m generally not here to be a phallus and feel no one should be.
plus, the ability to engineer Black Mirror-style punishments appeals to my sense of heroic justice.
I´m down, but would like to be paid in Bitcoin, if its not too much trouble.

If I were to become a mod (which I probably won't), keeping my cool would be easy, tolerating constant buffoonery would be the difficult part.
I would lobby for needlessly bumping years old threads be punishable by suspensions
And posting pornographic images in threads where people just want to discuss the performance arts warrant a permanent ban from NT.
