Hi, I bought these Off White Vapormaxs, and was told it was real. Had a reciept and it looked real. So i bought it. Later i sold it to some guy on Facebook. I sent him photos and the reciept. He said it was all good and we met up and he bought the shoes. 2 weeks later he messages me saying that the shoes are fake. He told me that he contacted his lawyer and said that if he doesn't get his refund, he'll file a report and take me to court. He also said NIKE will be apart of the court. I don't know if he's being for real or not.

I don't know what to do. Should i give him his refund?
What will happen if i don't?
Will i get into trouble?

He is full of it. Tell him he should have been more careful with a purchase. Now if you knew they were fake, that's bad biz but still his bad. Legally he has no case, and trust when I tell you Nike won't be in small claims court! Hahaha that's just foolishness. Refund if you wish, but you are not obligated.

DO NOT refund the money. You won't get into any trouble since you made an honest sale. Just ignore the guy. He bought shoes from you in person, which means he got to inspect them up close and made a conscious decision to purchase. I assume he paid in cash right? He has no recourse and is likely just trying to scam you.
