3 times too many, should have had some better food seriously. You are needing 3 solid meals, 2000 calories plus in addition to light weight lifting

eating mcdonalds will only gain you unhealthy weight.
 
If it makes you feel better, I'm 5'7, 108lbs, I've eaten fast food 4-7 times a week since i was 5. No lie.
