Lori killing herself isn't much of a shock, it's just how fast it happened. Granted, I was shocked too, but we've gradually seen the deterioration of her emotionally. She escaped CC, but did porn thinking she was getting away, but wound up in the same situation. She just felt like she would always be pimped out, even with Candy and having to constantly borrow money to survive. She still had to pay Candy back from whatever she would earn from the movie. I guess it got real bleak when she went back out on the street that one last time. She couldn't handle it anymore. Sucks such a good show is ending like this, but it's the reality of the situation.

Disappointing or just depressing finale but that modern day ending was dope.

Nice to see Candy did finish her movie. Slipped in Abby nicely

When I saw yall mention that I figured maybe the last 5 min but they gave it a good 15. That final walk with all the cameos was cool.

One complaint I have is while drugs and addicts were around the crack epidemic did not really touch the show. They were definitely in the 80s this season. That one pro that died seemed more like she was hooked on heroin and then got Aids via needle. No pros or pimps turned crackheads. Most on drugs got got by the needle.

Really enjoyed this series. Someone, I think the cook, mentioned something about people being lost to the hands of time. That perfectly sums up this series and characters.

Vince walking around today and seeing the ghosts of Times Square was cool. I wasn't expecting that jump.

I worked in Times Square for 4 years. I couldn't imagine that place swarming with pimps, prostitutes etc lol
