where is ninjahood ?
Reminds me of an accident that happened near me. Dude was "the morning after" drunk and ran over a jogger in his G35 taking out 40 feet of a brick wall with him.
All he got was time served and 1 year probation.
For killing an innocent pedestrian. Crazy.
Smoke everyday...absolutely not. There are consequences to actions, but 25 years is way much. 5-15 is cool for a bad decision.
Of course, I don't care about human life as much as others pretend to so eh.
Man this reminds me of my cousin

What the story doesn't say is he was high on PCP, he stole his dads car and he didn't have a license. And it's Justin Taylor not Jordan Taylor...dumbass news. Jazz was in there, Fairchild, Pop was also, Pop only shed a tear when Cierra asked where Shayne was. Man...them feels.
You read on the surface, he's a scumbag. His older brothers were like 'I knew it would happen' feels bro, feels.

Him smoking is complete bs. I hate the perception. Kid was...a kid. Trying to swag out. If it was the bud, then everyone who smokes bud would be getting into crashes, obviously that's not what happens.
I live in the area where these kids went to high school and I am just in shock. These kids were all my age group too and I can't help but picture this all play out. Joseph Beer looks so familiar too, maybe I have seen him once or twice. Horrible horrible news. My sincerest regards to the family, friends, and schoolmates who all have to hear this tragic news. |I
Why the hell is is so much to ask marijuana smokers to not get behind the wheel when high?
We do the same with drinkers, people who take many medications, and even strong recommend it for some over the counter ones.
If you wanna get wasted on alcohol, go right ahead. If you wanna get baked outta your mind, go right ahead. Your life, your body.
But if you get behind the wheel and even put other drivers and pedestrians under the slightest of risk. Then I got no sympathy for you when you get caught.
Smoking and driving might not have been the biggest mistake lil man made that night, but it was one of them, and should be taken into account when getting punished.

I can dig the 'stoned driving' idea, I mean I think it's bs, but I understand the law.
However, as someone who smokes and drives all the time, I can tell you it ain't that bad, but if there was a law against it I wouldn't fight it.
In this situation it was his inexperience which caused the crash, not the pot, otherwise if pot was the cause then it should happen everytime.
As a society we always look for scapegoats, other things to Blame besides personal choices. That's all we have, pot didn't make him hit that corner at 110, he did that, pot didn't make him get behind the wheel in the first place, he did that. We are constantly trying to find everything but ourselves to blame. Have an Uncle that died of the HIV...either because of his sexual choices or because of heroin, but it was his choice to blow that dude, no one put a gun to his head, it was his choice to put that needle in his arm, no one did it to him. Choices, that's all we have, that's all we are, the sum of our choices. It wasn't pcp that made my cousin get behind the wheel, it was his choice, be didn't have to but did it anyway. I've had to much tragedy with drugs and to many good times to exclusively blame drugs, at some point we need to take responsibility for our own actions.
Then you are stupid. No **** you "think" you are fine when you drive but record yourself one day and THEN come back and tell me this.
