well they are samples, dont think they are meant to be like the 2011 release.

just saying. they do look bad but you cant say they should be the same as the retail xi concords

I posted my pics of the 45 concords in here a while ago. They are exactly like other concords in person IMO. (except the 45 obviously)

thats fine, not arguing just going by what samples usually are. things change and things are different.

you know better than i do but then again theres different samples. the ones i posted look like junk especially for $400

This looks like someone slapped this together in their basement. For me to consider a GM shoe authentic it has to have the materials of an authentic shoe AND the quality of one as well. This does not. It seems as if this wasnt simply placing a 45 instead of a 23 on the back of a pair of concords. This may have been reconstructed from the ground up. Unprofessionally i might add.
Well to me they dont look that bad, other than the sole and the carbon fibre everything else looks like a true concord. No telling what you would get in person but since the 45s were samples wouldnt they look a lil diff than retail concords with the 23?I do agree with you though and im sure everyone else does that GM's need the materials of release pairs in order to be considered the real thing

Go the grey market at your own risk. I received the grape Vs and they are perfect. I couldn't tell the difference. I ordered the Space Jams from a different source and they are straight up fake. No size sticker in the shoe, and the box was waaaaaaaaaaayyyy off. They look OK, but the carbon fiber is definitely different and the materials are much softer than the authentics. Might not be very noticeable in a pic of on feet, but when they are in your hands, you can definitely feel the difference. My advice, don't even attempt to cop grey market kicks unless you can see them in person first, or you are ordering them from within the United States with a credit card or Paypal.

^in 09 I don't think they had that sticker yet

Doesn't matter, these are straight up fakes like I remember from back in the day. I don't doubt that there are better quality grey market Space Jams out there, but these aren't them. If you are on any type of budget, don't waste your time with these Chinese sites. You may win, but you may lose. It isn't that big of a deal to me, but if I had to budget for kicks, and I got these, I would be assed out. It is disappointing because the Vs are super legit quality. I am still going to post comparison pics in here, but the real test is when you feel the materials. they are softer than the authentics and the box is smaller. These were advertised as "authentic" but they aren't even grey market quality, much less store bought quality.

Here are some comparison pics.  Not sure if you can tell from the pics but the leather on the upper is definitely different material.

Some things I noticed about these images.

Please note my opinions aren't 100% correct, just observations. We aren't working with the best quality photos and we don't have more images, so take this with a grain of salt.

First image: The trim at the top of the tongue looks like different materials. The tongue trim (behind NA logo) on the right has a shine to it, while the tongue trim on the left is dull. I also noticed the different style off stitching or lack of padded on the tongues. The tongue on the left looks flat no puffiness or padding. While the tongue on the right has padding and is stitched a bit different.

Second image: The liner on the left shoe is not as dark as the liner on the right, fainter black color. The fabrics also look different. One liner is more coarse than the other. The black leather heal tab is also different. The pair on the right is a dark black with more shine and the other is duller.

These are just my observations based of these specific photos. The differences can be because of the photo quality, how it was taken, and camera. This is just something to consider.

i'd have no problem w/ gm kicks if they were just stamped with a GM on the tag, similar to how B grades have the B stamp.

I just think it's really crummy of people to pass these off as 100% legit and get prices that the authentic store bought pairs bring.

More like $200-250 a pair.

then thats what i see wrong with greymarket pairs. they look koo and if they use "same materials" no problem. but fact is they aren't the 100% real deal. they shoudlnt cost more than the real ones. $100 is most i pprob would drop on em lol

Some ppl are having a real difficult time understanding what a GM pair is.

I will post more Pics but trying to figure out how to blur out items in photoshop. Not me in the video, I have photos that prove the info.

It is a site that got good reviews on Youtube and some other cats on here had good luck with them. They look legit, but when I hold them, I can tell that the materials are too soft and there isn't enough padding. I'm not saying that there aren't good grey market Space Jams out there, but it is a crapshoot.

3's and 4's retros crack very often... however my air flight 89's are still good... willing to bet the air revolution retro won't crack like the retro 3's
Might have something to do with the production run. Alot more 3s 4s get made than the 89s i bet. Quantity or quality....
