he actually sounded sincere. I sort of believed him but the thing is that he said it was the credit card company's fault. They put down the wrongcharge to dispute. But I have disputed before in the past and its a detailed thing. I mean how could they get that wrong? Whatever, he said the credit companywill tell the merchant and in 48 hours it will be reversed
