I looked it up on the other boards, but can't find a definitive answer...
I am guessing (and hoping) it is just fatigue.... I'm going to try running A Spec for a bit, see if it goes back.

If you go to your driver list, the arrow is in the top right corner of each drivers tab.

Carmelo Anthony is orange and pointed southeast, while my newest driver, Bo Jackson, is green and pointed straight east.

I tried that with no luck, im going to rebuild the engine and hope that helps
just started a endurance race (172 laps with each lap taking more then a min SMH) will check in the morning, hope i win

I've heard everything from it being fatigue to motivation, apparently the in-game manual has it as 'driver condition' whatever that means...

I treat it as motivation or interest... If I bench an orange arrow driver for a while he'll come around eventually. But sometimes I'll race an orange arrow who can lose the race and be a blue arrow afterwards.

I guess if the race is close, and you need the absolute best out of your driver to give yourself the best chance to win, wait for a blue arrow.

My level 15 Bob did it. He was overtook on the 2nd to last turn by a Ford GT spec II, but My ZR1 barely caught up before we passed the finish line.

I looked at them, but I only had one car that could compete... still too early for me.
I did do one time trial though... placed like 4500 in the world. 

ALOT of restrictions on the races, though.

^ The A-spec races ~ That's the beauty of it though. The restrictions force you to really race and not just power-through your opponents. Plus I like the fact that each car is spaced out so you can overtake them one at a time (rather than make a kamikaze out-braking maneuver to overtake 4 cars at once). Yeah, they're very challenging, but the rewards make it very worth your while.

Im using a RM Corvette ZR01 (the big boy one) for all stars and the fully tuned countach lambo for historic but can't beat anything. Anyone?

Made my first Mil today lol

Seriously the GTR V Spec fully tuned on racing tires is one of the best cars ive driven.. although I haven't drove many cars. That LP640 Murcielago handles amazingly out of the factory especially on that special event in Italy.. can really slide around corners like no other = 1st place.

I want to buy so many cars.. but ahhh money is tight!! Lol.

Another question.. that rigidity reconstruction thing or whatever - is that what repairs the damage?
