Going to Times Square Chinatown Area

this saturday i'm going to NY around Time square area...........any amazing over the top restaurants.......just to die for ???   i remember going to Dallas BBQ and the price was great, atmosphere, food, everything....trying to go back there.    Any other spots ??   Any spots where the food is to die for??     I'm a peruvian so if there are peruvian restaurants that's a big plus....thanks!!!!
