I go late like @ 11:30, then get out around 1. I'm a night person so this works wel'l, plus it's damn near empty.

and bagel morning the first tuesday. So I see all these people clogging my treadmills walkin burnin 1 calorie a minute with a plate full of pizza

People just be sitting of the machines. And you ask them if you can work in and they are like "I'm almost done"
I say well that means we only need to share for a couple of sets.
No offense bruh, but I hate people that want to "work in". Just chill or go do something else while I finish up. It either throws ofmy timing, or dudes want to chat, or dudes want a spot.
Anyway, going early in the morning FTW.
Even though people's resolution is to workout, it is never to workout and start waking your *$@ up early,.
6am-9am
I usually go at night, just to play ball.
and they have pizza nights

It's not even about that dude. They just come in with unrealistic expecations. Like they're gonna be Fedor at the bar after a week of rolling sessions and bag work. Just like the people who think they're gonna get brolic in no time, they all fade out when they realize they work they have to put it. I don't care; I just think it's funny, because you can recognize those types immediatley.
I think that has more to do with the fact that it's too cold to play outside, and people need to find a place to play, and less with peopletrying to get their Kobe Bryant on.Originally Posted by infamousod
