GOAT Talk

Name someone? MVP Derrick Rose.

Bron was 2nd in DPOY twice. Who hunted Bron? Especially in his prime. You wanna defend Gasol is one thing, but you went all the way to the other end of the spectrum for no reason.

LeBron was NEVER hunted on defense in his prime especially in Miami

Watching the video TA wasn't saying he didn't play defense, he was saying he couldn't play defense to the level of a DPOY because of his offensive workload. He used "hunted" wrong.

Game went to OT in which he got hurt in the OT , Cavs won the next 2 games after,If Kyrie is there Cavs win in 6.

He played in OT, and the warriors were up and clearly closing the game out. They still won. Thats not a hypothetical lol

You and me both no that rosters on paper don’t = wins in series. It would’ve been more competitive for sure, no doubt. Still think everything evened out regarding injuries for those 2 series (15 & 16). Can’t use injuries in one series, and ignore the others.

What injuries in 16? Bogut? Come on brudda

When it comes to Bron, all context and nuance goes out the window.

Everything evened out with injuries

CLE 2nd leading scorer was Timofey Mozgov. Nevermind the fact that KLove got hurt in the 1st round by dirty *** Kelly O. :smh:

No one uses 2019 as a mark on Steph. Stop it.

LeBron hater/Jordan stan PR strategy when LeBron switches teams:

- Wait and see which team he switches too
- As soon as LeBron joins a team start calling that team "Super Team", including the Brandon Ingram-Lonzo Ball Lakers and never played a playoff game duo Kyrie Irving-Kevin Love Cavs.
- However as soon as you mention how LeBron's championship team "Super Teams" would beat Jordan's Bulls, those same "Super Teams" suddenly become very beatable and would get crushed by the Bulls

And I love how they act like LeBron is the only player to switch teams in this era. Shaq switched teams 4 times before LeBron did it once.
Here are some star players' franchises won with-franchises played for records since 2003-04, who have switched teams 3 or more times, aka "The Easy Way":

Kevin Durant: 1-5
Kawhi Leonard: 2-3
Shaquille O'Neal: 2-5 (2-6 over career)
Kevin Garnett: 1-3
Allen Iverson: 0-4
Dwyane Wade: 1-3
Ray Allen: 2-3 (2-4 over career)
Paul Pierce: 0-4
Tracy McGrady: 0-5 (0-6 over career)
Steve Nash: 0-3
Chris Paul: 0-7
Dwight Howard: 1-7
Kyrie Irving: 1-4
Westbrick: 0-6
Derrick Rose: 0-6
Paul George: 0-4
LeBron James: 3-3, so far

As you can see winning via "The Easy Way" is so easy that anyone can do it whenever they switch teams.

You can try to revisionize all you want, but those of us who know better know that Kobe was literally booed by Lakers fans at games after he demanded a trade from the Lakers.
The only reason he wasn't traded was because it was ultimately up to the Lakers whether he would get traded and not up to Kobe himself.
You can say Kobe never switched teams all you want (even though he was drafted by the Hornets), but I can say that LeBron never tried to switch teams by demanding a trade. I know which of the two is more honorable.
