GOAT APP legit?

New to NT but thought I'd chime in here. Have made two purchases off of and have been impressed with the transactions compared to eBay. Shipping has varied from 3 to 7ish business days.

I don't even take them out of DS pairs so I would have no idea they were different sizes if I sold them.  I just check the tags for same size and that should be good enough.

I sold a pair of sneakers on goat September 8, it lost or stolen in transit, had to file a claim with USPS, Goat insured $100 with USPS and the remaining with another company, got back the cost the shoe was sold for

If GOAT ever sent me a dumb *** email like the one about the shoe trees I'd say the buyer can either take the sneakers as is or I will pay for you to ship it back to me and sell it for a better price at flight club.

**** that **** about giving the buyer a discount. I bet 95% of the time they don't even tell the buyer first before they try to push you to offer them a discount. GOAT is out of control with that ****.

Thankfully I'm at 190 seller rating and no issues so far

So I also receive the same email about shipping my shoes or it will get cancel. It was shipped during the weekend. They checked and say they are getting stricter on shipping shoes because seller sells shoes on goat, labeled they drop them off and never did.

Which I reply back, "It's the weekend...... and last time I check, you have 72 hours to ship the shoes. I don't know but I wonder how they handle issue of shoes sold during a holiday weekend.

Also I sold yeezys on Friday and it's still pending. Haven't got a reply back or nothing. The irony. I wonder if they will give me 2 points on my sellers rating for the wait lol

GOAT doesn't care if it's a holiday weekend. Even if you lose two shipping days like a Sunday and Monday. My mall post office is open 7 days a week typically. They (GOAT) told me the top sellers ship within 24 hours the majority of the time. So do I but sometimes you just can't.

they are just automated messages that are sent out after a certain time passes, regardless of whether it's a weekend or not. Also top sellers have nothing to do with when you ship so I don't even know why they would tell you that haha

Not referring to those automated messages. I argued with GOAT over email regarding orders placed on a Friday night or Saturday when post offices are closed on Sunday/Monday during holiday weekends. GOAT said to ship on Saturday in those situations even if you can't. They repeated top sellers would ship on that one open day within 24 hrs and avoid being forced to wait until the following Tuesday and risking cancellation.

I got my money back from amex for an order placed 9/12 that the goat app still shows in transit to them. I tried contacting them several times and never heard back. You would think they would at least say something after they lost the money.

I sold some defected White Cements, and the notified me. The seller gave me 5% off after they inspected it.
