NBADraft.net cites sources who corroborate that unless the Knicks move up to one of the top three slots, they will pick Davidson's Stephen Curry with the8th pick.
Curry reportedly chose to enter this year's draft based on the Knicks' assurances.
-Btw, Allan Houston will be representing the knicks at the draft lottery selection

When is the draft Lottery?, I can't imagine the draft being too exciting this year if the Knicks end up w/ the 10th-15th pick and no 2nd rder, lol

Actually, I'm going to buy it like I did last year, through Ticketmaster. The Knicks newsletters sends the link out early. They generally goon sale a couple of weeks in advance (according to the e-mail I received last year).

Steve Mills ended his association with Madison Square Garden on Thursday, 10 years after he was hired as Dave Checketts' righthand man.
According to a Garden press release, Mills is leaving to partner with MagicJohnson to explore business ventures while also collaborating on a course at Princeton University, Mills' alma mater. Coincidentally, it was Mills' association withJohnson that led him to hire Isiah Thomas in 2003, a decision that backfiredfamously on Mills and the Garden.
Johnson declined Mills' offer to run the Knicks but advisedMills to hire Thomas, who was removed as head coach and team president in April 2008.
Mills' departure comes on the heels of a report that Cablevision Systems Corp., the media company controlled by the Dolan family, may spinoff the Madison Square Garden unit that runs the New York arena and the Knicks.
If the Knicks were to be put up for sale, it is believed that Checketts, who currently owns the NHL St. Louis Blues as well as Real Salt Lake of the MLS, would attempt to make a bid. According to multiple sources, the league recently approachedChecketts about the possibility of buying an NBA team believed to be the Charlotte Bobcats.
