Pardon my ignorance.. I've been to both Texas and Florida.. two states with no state income tax and low gas prices and yet their roads are much better than here in California.

Where do they get revenue to maintain their infrastructure?

They been fixing California roads since before I was born in 85

The 10fwy from the 57 to the 605 has been under construction since I got my license in 2006 smh

But the toll lane on the 10 from SGV to LA was built in a week... I remember riding carpool one day and the next you needed a transponder
