In two months in India, I went from south to north, visiting some tourist towns that I had read about. I also went by train and bus to countless towns and open fields that weren’t so famous, and everywhere there were people had something in common — dirty, messy and stank.

that whole part about the three levels of toilets in india, and not using toilet paper? what the hell?? the "three levels" and not using toilet paper are both false (i just had to throw that out there because it's just stupid)
i worked in india for two months last summer, i dont understand how he's painting india to be something it's not - the ganges is filthy, but really? dont read this and assume that that is actually what india is like, because it's not

a couple of my closet friendsare indian, so im not new to their culture. i kno damn well a lot of the immigrants that went to middle school with me wouldnt wear deodorant. im not even tryna clown or nothing, im just sayin..
