Personal opinion, price fluctuation on PPG is due to these not having any true functional value so it's all a matter of popularity and randomness, also availability. What was once clearance, is suddenly a grail. Nerds are quite fical....

Bro that group has over 1k members, been around for a while as far as I can tell, that skeletor I won in a 70 slot raffle....I only had 3 slots....so yeah odds are not always in your favor...lol
