I believe it was like, $12-15. Not too bad. Surprisingly fast, too. Their preorders, though. :x Ordered my SDCC exclusive Wonder Woman in October and didn't get it until February.

Yeah, hopefully. When I preordered mine, they kept pushing the date back. ETA went from Early Jan to Late Jan to Mid Feb. Never again.

i dont have a Hulk yet in my Marvel collection. ive been looking at them all and so far i like Red Hulk, AoU Hulk and Savage Hulk. i try not to buy multiples of characters though, so its only gonna be one. same with Iron Man, the AoU is my favorite so far.
