If you're stuck at getting shipping quote, just change your address and change it back so it can try again. I was stuck and that's how I got through. If it asks for a suggested address, just use your original that might work.

Just got one!! Tried Amazon pay a couple times but that didn't work...went back and used my cc - got the spinning icon for like 30-45 seconds but got an email confirmation before then lol
