I usually wear low cut Nike Running DriFits with the Grey elastic around the arches. You could probably find them at the outlets for cheap.

Got my first pair of frees today and they automatically have become my favorite shoes to wear. I'm thinking of copping the all black pair to wear as my work shoes. Thanks for the that coupon code though ill. Appreciate it fam.

ray i was inspired by your freeclipse....but what do you think of adding the black to the midsole or should i keep it volt like yours and that to the original eclipse? i feel like it looks different online than what i would receive...what are your thoughts?

Drew: Nice! Applying a Black Midsole Rim would make them look more true to the original, but the reason I didn't opt for it was because it goes all around the midsole. On the original, the Black midsole rim stops before it reaches the front toe. Personally, I didn't like the contrast, so I ordered it to be continuous with the Volt Midsole.

Cole World: LOL! Thanks, Sir! The socks pictured are regular DriFits Crews. You can probably cop them at the outlets for not much...
CB: I haven't tried on the V3s, but Nike recommends going 1/2 size up.

Just went to Finishline and copped these today. I was going to get the red/black ones but have been lackin on the "Blue" in my shoe collection haha. Anyway--love the black bottoms!

Yeah you definitely need to do 1/2 a size up for sure. I love wearing them with elite socks

Not really. TTS and wear thin socks. There is definitely no need for elite socks because that only defeats the purpose of minimal cushioning. Some of the Free enthusiasts use them without socks (talk about bacteria).

ok i exchanged the shoe already. its a good thing i went half a size up because the size i brought first was good but like i said it was snug in my front toe. going half size up is a wider but i rather have that then my front toe hurting.
