Fragment Design x Retro 1 High OG - Dec 27, 2014

Conversed with manifestswoosh over Ebay about a pair, glad I didn't go through with it.

Pretty sure an NTer cosigned on this thread that he was legit, no? :{

Ordered a size 11 on 12/31 for $675 shipped by PP (yes I was trying to be greedy and triple up lol). He said they would arrive in a day or two and ship on 1/5. On that day, he said shipments are slowly arriving since he apparently got a lot of pairs from all websites. Tues 1/6 received tracking. Tracking didnt update so I sent a message on 1/7 and he said they will be shipped that same day. Tracking didnt update again so Thurs 1/8 so again I contact him. He says they were packed and are waiting to be picked up. Thursday night now and tracking still didnt update - he said they were shipped and it should update.

Today, still not overnight tracking update and I message him. Dude goes USPS weather delays. I live 20 minutes from his Palisades Park address so I know thats a lie. We had a coating of snow and Ive received all mail all week. When I call him out, he said give him till next Friday so he can file a USPS claim.

That was the end of it. I said either you meet me tonight at GSP and give me a refund on the spot when I accept the sneakers n I give him all cash (something he offered to do when I placed the order but I just figured he can ship them since I would get them next day. We live 20 minutes apart) or you provide an updated tracking by midday.

He issued a refund and says "You got your refund now you can stop whining. And dont feel dumb when everyone else starts getting there shoes.
Goodbye"

When I call him out about his recent feedback and Niketalk. This is his reply: "You may believe what you want and what niketalk and the kids say lol. Me and Nikki and nikedestroyer been banned from that site cause we leaked backdoors for end lmao. Let them hate on us. We do what we do. I can't control usps and yes there was delays due to customs. But we tried our best to get it fastest and we did. Not sure why few of you are so anxious nits only a day or two apart lol. Anyways have fun at niketalk tell them we said hi lol."

Dude is a pathological liar. Wouldn't be surprised if fake pairs were coming from China and getting delays since he kept re-listing the shoes with FSR's

i'll never deal with this guy again. granted i wasn't expecting much from him, but i figured i'd give it a shot because i didn't have much to lose. he was looking for Legend Blue 11s and was buying them for $300 a piece so I hit him up and said i'd sell him my pair for practically retail if he could hook me up with an ATC for the frags. he told me no problem and told me to give him three accounts to add to his ATC. did the whole thing of buying off his site and using a discount code so the order was free. we were in good communication leading up to release day where I messaged him 3 hours prior and asked if there was anything further i needed to do when they drop. no response. so the drop happens, i check all the accounts i gave him and nothing turns up so i figured they weren't successful. hours later i see him posting on twitter how he's trading sizes of frags that he secured for different sizes. he even had the size i was aiming for. so i hit him up once again asking if i could just buy it off of him. yet again, no response. in the end i'm guessing he played me for some 11s for retail. and who knows if he even put my accounts into his ATC. lesson learned and i'll never trust this kid again. some people only look at the dollars and cents and their "word" means nothing.

On a positive note:

I was able to double up. Found a eBay user with 2 feedback but never sold anything in NYC area. He came down to $650 pick up in person by paypal. Met up with him and noticed there was a small mark on the toe of one of the sneakers. He gave another $50 off - I got the mark cleaned up so they cost me $600. Cant complain since my boy hooked me up for retail from UK.

Ps. This was someone who entered the raffle at 21M and won. This was the first pair of J's he ever bought lol and just did it to re-sell because his friends have been doing it recently. Nice guy and I got a good price compared to what others are paying now. Cant complain lol

I offered that initially but he didn't want to meet at his place (excuse was "sneakerheads are too crazy"). I than offered to meet at the local mall and he said ok but I have to place the order (on the 31st) and we could meet on the 5th. That being a Monday and I live in NJ but work in NYC, I figured he could just ship them on the 5th and I would get them on the 6th next day and wouldnt have to worry about making it back from NYC after work.... Didnt think he would try to scam and play games especially when I live this close smh.

Damn, I'm in the same exact situation with this dude but for a size 10. We have the exact same dates and everything. If USPS tracking does not update by tomorrow, I'm opening up a dispute on Paypal.

I'm in the same situation accept I'm going to hold out because there's absolutely nothing to lose. The PayPal invoice he drafted up for me can't possibly be any better in terms of how the transaction should go down. PayPal extended the claim window to 6 months so I'm good with that. The dude refunded you your money which in this case is weird because you'll rarely even get a response from a scammer. He has been coming up with multiple excuses but it is what it is. Glad you got your money back!!! Hopefully he comes through on my pairs though. Can't beat $360 pre orders

Yea I said I didnt mind waiting but stop BS'ing around. I said either you meet up today, give me accurate tracking or tell me what the real situation is, or I'll be at your door. He asked if that is a threat. I said its not a threat but now Im irritated with your BS. If I lived in a diff state he couldve continued BS'ing but I live right there lol.

Maybe he needs a short term loan. Scam a lot of ppl, gather money, let them file claims and pay back paypal in a few weeks.

Whatever it is, dude needs to stop lying. 
 
Just accept the fact you got SCAMMED, thought you knew the good sellers from the bad on eBay !? Didn't do ur homework like I said?, file that claim bruh or get stuck w/fakes, FSR's from Euro Websites coming in ?!? C'mon man!

Im in exact situation. I also live 20 minutes away but everything else is spot on as far as label being created 1/6 but not updating. Initially when I paid I paid for a size 9.5 and 11 and he said I was first on list for size 9.5 and second for size 11. I will give him until Monday if not get a request a refund

How did I get scammed if the seller hits me up daily with updates and is willing to give me my refund at my request?

Dude is a great seller btw. Almost 600 feedback with 100% rating. I've also done business with him and his company in the past and have received all my purchases
 
He is either

1. Gonna scam you
2. Send you fakes
3. BS you over & over until you either bother him night & day & eventually re-fund or you will have to file a claim & wait 10 days to get $
