Magneto and Professor X are just gonna be young handsome dudes in movie continuity now. No dambs given by Fox and me either
It's the same studio though, so why wouldn't he be allowed? When Fox bought the rights to X-Men and Fantastic Four, they bought the rights to all of the material connected to that universe. That's including Wolverine, Cable, Silver Surfer and Fantastic Four villains and supporting characters.Wouldn't be surprised if he can't say those names, hell Marvel Studios can't use the word "mutant" or anything involving that word.
They could probably say some dude in a metal suit or something but nothing as specific a their names.

Hopefully Mystique dies in Apocalypse.Rumor swirling around is that Mcavoy and Fassbender also signed up for more films this weekend as well.

Nah they're going to make her absorb Apocalypses' power and be the center of the whole universe then they adapt the Phoenix force saga with Mystique being the Phoenix.
^^ Can they though? Marvel couldn't use the word "mutant" when referring to Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch.
She will probably let him smashHopefully Mystique dies in Apocalypse.Rumor swirling around is that Mcavoy and Fassbender also signed up for more films this weekend as well.
so to my understanding, mutants and inhumans are different things in the comics, but Marvel is making them one in the same in the MCU? and what exactly is the difference between the 2 anyway??
Mutants — also known as "homo superior" — are an offshoot sub-species of humanity who are born with genetic abnormalities which grants them abilities, an appearance, or powers beyond the normal variation expressed in the human genome. While their appearance, abilities, and attitude towards their evolutionary cohorts varies widely, all Mutants possess the so-called "X-Gene" which expresses itself around puberty and causes the individual mutant's powers to emerge.
At the beginning of the Kree-Skrull War, millions of years ago in Earth time, the alien Kree established a station on the planet Uranus, a strategic position between the Kree and Skrull empires. Through their work at this station, they discovered that sentient life on nearby Earth had genetic potential invested in it by the alien Celestials. Intrigued, the Kree began to experiment on Earth's then-primitive homo sapiens by splicing Eternals DNA into Cro-Magnons.
Their goal was apparently twofold — to investigate possible ways of circumventing their own evolutionary stagnation, and to create a powerful mutant race of soldiers for use against the Skrulls. However, although their experiments were successful in creating a strain of humanity with extraordinary abilities, the Kree abandoned their experiment for reasons which are not yet clear.
Their test subjects, the Inhumans, went on to form a society of their own, which thrived in seclusion from the rest of humanity and developed advanced technology. Experiments with the mutagenic Terrigen Mist gave them various powers, but also caused lasting genetic damage and deformities. This led to a long-term selective breeding program to try to mitigate the effects of these mutations. Their city Attilan has frequently been relocated and, as of 2005 stories, rests in the oxygen-bearing Blue Area of the Moon.

Marvel is only making them inhumans (not meta humans, that's DC but they could probably use it if they want to) is because Fox has the rights to the mutants. So because of that Marvel is also changing the comics' (because they have control over it).
According to Deadline, Fantastic Four is likely to take the #1 spot at the North American box office this weekend. With Shaun the Sheep its only real competition and Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation expected to drop around 50%, the Josh Trank helmed reboot is taking aim at a $40 million - $50 million debut. The trade adds that Fantastic Four is currently tracking better than Ant-Man across all demoes apart from older males and females.
Fantastic Four writer-producer Simon Kinberg defends film: 'I am proud of it. It’s not a disaster.'
