I’m kinda lost. I’m reading the comments trying make since of it. So it’s a spot where they serve in bikinis. Dude supposedly had been there many times before, even on that same day. Guessing he had his pants off on some freaky mess hoping to catch the right chick that would be down. Dude was embarrassed from being recorded and took his life I guess.
