Many women have unspoken requirements. They want guys to know their needs/wants without articulating them.

It's just apart of their fairytale so to speak "a guy who just gets it" and does stuff without them asking.

And they generally refuse to understand that those requirements/expectations vary wildly from woman to woman so a guy making assumptions is like walking through a minefield. On the end of the spectrum a guy would get cut off for trying to come to a chicks house.
