I agree with what someone else said as the counter. It’s not applicable in this situation given how tame it was but we’ve all seen numerous times where one family / student is extra extra loud with their celebrations and it completely ruins it for the kid after them. It’s weird to punish the student for their family celebrating though they can’t control that from the stage. If the reason she didn’t get her diploma up there is was the dancing this would be a little less ridiculous.
