The Hispanic kids at my school do this a lot. I have to constantly explain to them why it's rude. #Cultural

This is so sad man. I'm not sure how this ends up ( current system of public education) but something has to be done. The overall lack of accountability for so much foolishness that takes place by EVERYONE. Not just kids but adults too. It can be a circus at times depending on where you are.

It's sad.
