Why would it be the "hood" version? It's just people at a park.
As a black man raised in the hood, I must say......... I agree, lol. I can see someone daring another to do that, and in the end dude getting stuck being the outcome. Only it wouldn't take calling the police to get him out. Dudes would've spinned that guy in the swing around until he threw up, and then cut him out. Or probably would've left him there alone and stuck for a minute as a joke, lol.

1. I used "'hood" merely to set up a contrast, and thus heighten the "joke".

2. 'Hood aint necessarily a locale. If you really must know, in this context, it's adverbial, much like the phrase "double-dog", and is being used to qualify the verb "dare."

For example: "that dare was hood."
Translation: "that dare was something extreme, etc."
